Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Completed MBA & BBA in Marketing/Management candidates are preferable.

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Restaurant, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Resort, Catering

  • Currently experienced in reputed Multi-National or Group of Company’s HORECA department employees will get preference.
  • Experience in similar role will ensure competitive advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
  • Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

  • We are searching for a Asst. Manager for Hotels, Restaurants and Catering (HORECA) department who will be responsible for growing our sales with the aim of developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with our sales persons on lead generation.
  • The person will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of the salespeople.
  • The person has to Ensure sales target achievement by maximizing business growth, revenue, increase number of potential party and cover maximum market areas in order to attain positive return.

Job Responsibilities

  • Find and establish new business opportunities within the department.
  • Sales target achievement Capability and Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
  • Monitor the activities of team members and the display center.
  • Seek ways to better promote the business, the product line and service.
  • Analyze and adapt with new marketing polices & procedure.
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of products.
  • Maintain a good relationship with all of our clients and customers, take feedback and ensure possible after sales service.
  • Organizing regular field visit.
  • Ensure on time report submission as per the requirement of management.
  • Cooperate with the corporate sales manager.
  • Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
  • Other Tasks given by the management.
