Whiteshell Limited is seeking a motivated Executive, Corporate Sales to join our team. This crucial role involves developing and executing effective strategies for corporate sales management and overseeing both institutional and corporate sales. The position is key to driving business growth through efficient sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue. We are looking for someone with extensive IT hardware industry experience, a proven track record of achieving business goals, and a passion for overcoming challenges. Job Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales targets.

·Create detailed sales plans, set performance targets, and prepare operational budgets on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.

·Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to strategies as needed.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business.

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and agreements with corporate clients.

·Lead, motivate, and manage the corporate sales team, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to achieve optimal performance.

·Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to supervisors and senior management.

·Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to shape and refine sales strategies.

·Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure sales activities align with overall business objectives.

·Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, ensuring timely product delivery and efficient payment collection.

·Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, client interactions, contracts, and agreements.

·Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring products/services meet company standards.

·Form strategic partnerships, organize and monitor events, and stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.

·Track key sales metrics, monitor performance, and report on business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

·Regularly visit existing clients to maintain relationships and identify potential clients, presenting the company’s profile, product catalog, and offerings.

·Track leads generated, deals closed, products sold, and sales revenue, ensuring sales targets are met.

·Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including notes for effective follow-up and future sales opportunities.

·Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s ICT products and services, such as laptops, display solutions (Interactive Flat Panels, Kiosks, Digital Signage & Video Walls), projectors, and PA systems & solutions.

·Regularly update information on product sourcing, pricing, and specifications, while conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

·Stay informed about industry trends and emerging IT products to keep the sales strategy relevant and competitive.

·Perform any other tasks assigned by management to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
