Responsibilities & Context
- Act as the department head (equivalent to AGM position), taking full responsibility for the seamless sewing operations and production targets.
- Oversee and manage the sewing line capacity, ensuring all lines are fully operational with no idle time.
- Provide leadership to the team, driving performance, production efficiency, and overall production quality.
- Lead the subcontract marketing efforts to maintain continuous workflow and production capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production needs and goals with overall business objectives.
