Responsibilities & Context
Creative Tours and Travels, a leading travel and tour company in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO). The CRO will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers, and supporting sales efforts.
Location: House #23, Road #06, Block-D, Niketan, Gulshan-1, Dhaka, Bangladesh, 1212 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sale our services to foreign and local clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Provide detailed information on tour packages, travel destinations, and visa processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure an exceptional travel experience.
- Follow up on customer feedback and suggest improvements to services and operations.
