Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Student Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating complex visa requirements and ensure a hassle-free application process. You will provide up-to-date advice on visa policies and procedures, assess eligibility, and support clients through the documentation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on visa requirements, processes, and application procedures for various countries.
- Assist in the preparation and review of all necessary documents for visa applications.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and changes in visa policies.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Liaise with consulates, embassies, and immigration offices to ensure the proper and timely submission of applications.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and visa applications.
- Provide guidance on interviews, biometrics, and other visa-related appointments.
- Follow up on visa statuses and inform clients of updates or additional requirements.
