  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with travel booking software (preferred)

Location: 2nd Floor, Ka-9/A, Haji Abdul Latif Mansion, Road, Dhaka 1229(Beside Jamuna Future Park).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Travel Bookings: Respond to customer inquiries, assist in travel planning, and manage end-to-end bookings
  • Ticketing, Hotel & Visa Processing: Handle airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa application procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
  • After-Sales Support: Resolve post-booking issues and provide continuous assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintain precise and updated records of bookings, client interactions, and travel documentation.
