Prepare daily operation and line layout.
Preparing Line balancing.
Work on time, capacity, production study.
Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
Analyze individual operator’s skill level.
Follow up the operator’s performance.
Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors.
Able to plan Monthly Capacity Allocation, Pre-production activity Schedule, TNA, Shipment Schedule.
Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to obtain required specifications/details timely. Reserve plant capacities to prepare production plans considering customer required to ensure delivery.
Timely update and maintain authentic production figures and style reconciliation details by coordinating with relevant departments to provide accurate information for post-order job profitability analysis and production reports.
Schedule/attend relevant meetings with Production and Merchandising to discuss/verify related issues and determine the effective resolutions to prepare and maintain a detailed plan and make sure the plan is secured in advance to ensure undisputed production flow.
Able to do planning by considering local and international law on working hours and ensure the best planning by following our customer’s requirements.
