Additional Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience as Head of Pharmacy from any reputed Hospital.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Oversee the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department to ensure efficient and safe pharmaceutical services.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation.
Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff, ensuring proper training, development, and performance management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize pharmacy services.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote and ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
Manage inventory, procurement, and distribution of pharmaceuticals to ensure stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.
Monitor and ensure adherence to the hospital’s budget for the pharmacy department.
Liaise with medical staff, patients, and other departments to address queries related to medications and pharmacy services.
Implement best practices in pharmaceutical care and stay updated with current pharmaceutical trends and innovations.
