Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services across multiple platforms.

  • Plan and implement targeted campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Ads, and other digital platforms to increase brand visibility.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports to assess ROI and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the team to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals.

  • Create engaging and creative content (text, images, and videos) for the hospital’s social media pages, website, blogs, and other platforms.

  • Develop healthcare-related content that educates and engages patients, caregivers, and the general public.

  • Oversee the production of promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and infographics.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital content and platforms.

  • Manage and grow the hospital’s social media accounts, posting regularly and engaging with followers.

  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media, maintaining a positive image of the hospital.

  • Increase community engagement and patient interaction through contests, surveys, and interactive content.

  • Ensure the hospital’s website is optimized for search engines (SEO), driving organic traffic.

  • Manage website updates and improvements in coordination with the IT team.

  • Monitor and enhance the performance of the hospital’s digital assets, ensuring high-quality user experience.

  • Plan, execute, and manage online paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI by testing new strategies and improving ad creatives.
