Role Overview: As the GM Or DGM of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and market presence. You will lead a team of sales professionals, cultivate strong client relationships, and oversee all sales operations to ensure our goals are met. Your strategic vision and leadership will be essential in positioning Prottoy as the go-to choice for land investment in Uttarkhan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive land sales and market growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance product offerings and promotional efforts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Organize training and development programs to continuously improve team skills.
