Responsibilities & Context
- To lead the end-to-end product development process for home appliance products like Washing Machine from ideation through design, testing, and market launch.
- Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work.
- To Innovate, develop and implement new technology.
- Market analysis to develop a competitive product lineup.
- RM and Testing parameter preparation-related work.
- Analysis of Business and Product Value, Project Feasibility Analysis.
- Prepare training sessions about R&I, QC, process, Marketing & Production topics.
