Responsibilities & Context
A UK Based Liaison Office is hiring a Asst. Commercial Coordinator for its Dhaka Office to take the full responsibility of commercial-related tasks, as well as other activities assigned by the company. He will be responsible to perform for & value addition to the business.
Candidates must be fluent in English, with strong skills in reading, writing, and listening.
- Maintain accurate records of Export and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, monitor supplier performance, and address issues.
- To review the terms and conditions of the Export L/C and sales contracts upon receipt from the suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation, shipping, and delivery, monitoring progress and resolving warehouse issues.
- Managing the entire Export process from start to finish, including order processing, documentation.
- Must have knowledge and experience with booking through the forwarder’s portal.
- Prepare & submit export/import related reports as desired by the management of the company.
