Responsibilities & Context
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales report to required personnel.
- Daily Compass Cases Sales Report to concern management.
- Daily ADS report update.
- Daily Primary & Secondary report to line manager.
- Weekly Sales confirmation.
- Keep Primary & Secondary historical data. Make sure data accuracy.
Sales Claim settlement
- Wholesales.
- Hub & spoke.
- Hilly & Riverine
- JBP
- KO&ED
- Various slab programs.
- BBD and Burst leakage calculation for Sales, Accounts, and Finance. (By 15th of the month)
Additional Sales Support
- Incorporate Trade Promotion on an ERP weekly basis.
- Incorporate Updated Value Chain in ERP.
- New Product design in ERP.
- Open the distributor code in ERP & SFA and update the distributor information.
Coordination of factory & regional distribution team for any type of issue related to product stock, product price, ERP problem, etc.
Coordination of regional MIS for any type of issue related to the Sales lifecycle.
Any other tasks assigned by the line manager & Top management.
