Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager – Production for Woven Shirt Factory in the Production Department at Oxford Shirts Ltd., a sister concern of Pretty Group.
Job location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
- Responsible for monitoring & improving the productivity and efficiency of the production lines.
- Responsibilities will include ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
- Responsible for production planning of the woven garments factory.
- Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
- Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Balance the line to ensure the minimum workforce.
- Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facilities.
- Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.
- Recommend methods for improving the utilization of personnel, materials, and utilities.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
