Responsibilities & Context
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute targeted brand strategies that reflect Fiber@Home’s core values and market positioning.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message across all customer touchpoints, including digital platforms, advertising, and customer communications.
- Campaign Leadership: Design and manage impactful brand campaigns that increase awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Content Direction: Guide the creation of high-quality, brand-aligned content, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Market Insights: Leverage market research and data analytics to refine brand strategies and respond to industry trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure brand objectives are met.
