Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
- Define and implement long-term social media strategies to achieve brand, engagement, and revenue goals across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, including content creators, engagement managers, ad specialists, and data analysts.
- Build a high-performing team that delivers results while fostering creativity and collaboration.
Content Management:
- Oversee the development of content calendars, ensuring that content aligns with overall marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure content is engaging, innovative, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Advertising and Campaigns:
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, working with the paid media specialists to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with external partners (influencers, agencies) to develop sponsored content and partnerships.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Community Management:
