Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Dye Technician QA – Component, especially who are experts in fabric Dyeing Tech & inspection.This is a field position for those who love the interacting with people in factories.
Should have good managerial & leadership capability to handle a big team effectively and efficiently.
Must have vast technical knowledge in Dyeing Finishing.
Buyer-wise Order Follow up.
Follow up dyeing batch.
Follow up chemical & dyes consumption for dyeing production.
Monitor finished fabric quality & process.
Monitor dyeing production planning.
Monitor dyeing production and report.
To monitor /follow-up the orders, as well as keep the reference in hand to give solutions to the problems you might face during the production.
To monitor production step by step and follow up every problematic point of production and give proper solution as per buyers requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure Proper Shade-matching under buyer-recommended light source.
Assist in developing and conducting programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards in term of shades.
Maintain a database for due-house management in terms of planning, Machine capacity of the dyehouse and finishing line in the aspect of sample & Bulk
Monitor Lab-To Bulk RFT & Bulk To Bulk RFT and provide guidance to achieve a Target RFT level (Specified By Management).
Selection of the right combination of Dyes & chemicals to produce a problem free dyed product.
Color and Shade Matching: Expertly manage color and shade matching to meet precise customer requirements and maintain consistency across production batches.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures at every stage of the dyeing process to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all batches of dyed yarn and fabric, including color formulas, process parameters, and quality outcomes for future reference and audits.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize dyeing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a team of dyeing technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in execution.
regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Responsible for ensuring the execution from planning to on time delivery for each and every order by maintaining highest degree of quality.
Proper understanding on buyers’ fabric requirements and deliver them within the time frame as per T&A.
Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way following the international procedure.
Possess high degree of analytical ability on each and every dyeing finishing process.
Must have proven track record to work in reputed knit-dyeing mills, should be dynamic and able to accept the challenge.
To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & train-up fellow staff.
Should have the ability to prepare and maintain various reports and documents in respect of technical matters.
Any other task as assigned by the management as and when required.
