  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Alliance for cooperation and legal aid Bangladesh (ACLAB), a national NGO working in Bangladesh for the past 35 years in the development sector, is inviting application the below-mentioned position in Bhasanchar, Hatiya, Noakhali.

Project: Support to FDMN in Bhasanchar in WASH sector.

Supported by: BRAC, Pooled fund.

Working Station: 100% at Bhasanchar, Rohingya camp, Hatiya, Noakhali.

Job Description:

  • Monitor the implementation of project activities, ensuring they are in alignment with the project’s goal, objectives and indicators.

  • Create a comprehensive M&E framework for the project, including methodologies and tools for monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning.

  • Ensure the M&E framework aligns with the project’s objectives and donor requirements.

  • Design and conduct baseline, midterm and end line assessments to measure project impact and outcomes.

  • Develop tools and methods for data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality and reliable data.

  • Collect, analyze, and report data on project performance, including both quantitative and qualitative findings.

  • Prepare and submit regular M&E reports to the Project Coordinator, donors, and other stakeholders.

  • Facilitate learning and knowledge sharing among project staff, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.

  • Identify and document best practices, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

  • Monitor and respond to feedback and complaints from beneficiaries and stakeholders

Compensation & Other Benefits

    Salary & Other Benefits:

    • Monthly salary BDT 57,000.00 consolidated.

    • Other benefits will be applicable as per project budget.
