Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are looking for an objective Executive- store you must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with different departments. A good store keeper is able to manage stock by keeping a record of available stock & short and excess ordering the required replacement items.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Follow up Daily inventory transaction.

• Collect materials in-house plan.

• Daily receive/Issue follow up & system updates.

• Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items.

• Takes monthly, half yearly and annual inventory and make reports.

• Send documents to accounts for making payments.

• Ensure safe handling of materials employment status.

• Material short & excess report to procurement section or supplier site.

• Monthly stock data & transaction reports provide to top management.

• Audit system vs physical daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

• Maintains 5 S and visual workplace in stores areas.

• Lead, motivate and develop the subordinate work force.

• Co-ordinates with other functions

• Follow up on stock movement.

• Identify stock category (slow-moving, first moving, dead stock) report provide too superior.

• Keep instruction to supervisor for further receiving/Issuing process.

• Make short & excess reports and submit superior.

• System updates as per challan.

• Create a delivery challan, gate pass challan & authorize the challan.

• Item wise cycle checking daily/weekly.
