Responsibilities & Context
Assist in managing daily operations for the skincare and beauty service division, ensuring smooth workflows and optimizing performance.
Oversee, and support the staff, therapists, and support personnel.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and professional standards.
Address customer concerns and ensure high-quality services.
Monitor service delivery to ensure personalized and professional customer experiences.
Oversee skincare product inventory, maintain stock levels.
Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive customer engagement and product sales.
Track product sales, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost sales of skincare products and services.
Generate reports to track operational performance, sales data, and financial progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and health & safety standards.
Manage scheduling systems to optimize customer flow and minimize wait times.
