Responsibilities & Context
Sajeeb Homes Ltd. (A Sister Concern of Sajeeb Group) is a growing player in the real estate sector, specializing in selling flats and commercial spaces. As we expand our portfolio and projects, we are looking for a driven and experienced Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities & achieve monthly sales target.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for selling flats and commercial spaces.
- Engage with potential buyers, explain project details, and provide consultation to close sales.
- Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
- Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients.
- Create sales presentations for the prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time.
- Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with client.
- Being able to have a good idea about land documents, analysis them and be able to explain to others.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding sales activities.
