Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Engineering (IE), Industrial and Production Engineering(IPE) or Textile Engineering (TE) from BUET, SUST, KUET, BUTEX.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

• Candidates who have experience in Industrial Engineering (Woven Garments) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.
• Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower. Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
• Time study, capacity study, and follow-up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
• Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets. Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.
• Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output. Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
• Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
• Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
