• Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bulid & nurture strong relationship with customers to fosters loyalty and retentions.

• Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure an exceptional sales experience.

• Follow up on customer feedback and suggest improvements to services and operations.

• Maintain and updates customer records and databases.
