Summary

Education

B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University like KUET/AUST/BUTEX/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER etc. with CGPA of 2.75 or Above.
Having major in Wet Processing / Yarn Manufacturing / Fabric Manufacturing / Textile Engineering Management is must.

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

4 – 5 years of experience in related field for Sr. Officer and 5 – 7 Years of experience for Asst. Manager from a large Knit Garment Industry;
Team building, enthusiastic, innovative and result oriented Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout;
Strong knowledge about bottleneck point, line balancing, SMV efficiency and sample making;
Ability to ensure quick changeover and analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production;
Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;
Well conversant in MS-Office;

Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Production Manager.
Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met.
Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed as per OTIF
Handling few buyers individually.
Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials.
Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager.
Should have analytical knowledge in fabric R & D (Knitting & Dyeing) & all type of yarn.
Should have vast knowledge in total fabric finishing process (Batch preparation to finish fab delivery to the customers)
Understand different buyers test requirements.
Creating and maintaining a report of the production status.
Assisting in hiring and training new team members.
Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
Reviewing the production budget and suggesting improvement measures
