Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 38 years

• Strong knowledge of Tajima DGML by pulse/wilcom embroidery software, adobe photoshop, illustrator.
• Must be proficient on chenille, reversible sequins cording & other designs.
• Execute various types of embroidery technique including 3D puff, flat and appliques.
• Understanding embroidery processes & embroidery accessories procedures.
• Embroidery Template/embroidery position on adobe illustrator.

Context:

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for qualified and skilled Designer (Embroidery)

Job Responsibilities :

• Create and develop original embroidery designs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences Use specialized embroidery software to digitize designs
• Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and needles for each project
• Operate and maintain embroidery machines
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of embroidered pieces
• Stay updated with current trends and techniques in embroidery
• Customize and personalize designs to meet specific customer requests
• Work closely with other designers and production staff
• Prepare sketches and sample patterns for approval
• Review and test designs for feasibility and durability
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Adjust and correct designs based on feedback
• Keep detailed records of designs and production processes
