Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Preferred: CCNA, MTCNA

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 27 years

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support the implementation of IP addressing and network design changes under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Monitor network performance using various tools to identify outages, latency, or other issues.
• Maintain network stability by proactively addressing performance issues as they arise.
• Support the monitoring of traffic patterns and bandwidth usage.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues, such as connectivity problems, hardware failures, and configuration errors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topologies, and device inventories.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Respond to client queries related to connectivity issues and help resolve common network problems.
• Coordinate with senior engineers to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Assist in monitoring network traffic for security threats or suspicious activities.
• Support the implementation of basic security configurations such as firewall rules, access controls, and VPN setups.
• Other tasks will assign by the team lead.
