Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices for AI ethics in healthcare.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence, with a passion for healthcare innovation. You will develop and deploy machine learning models that drive our healthcare products, improving diagnosis, patient outcomes, and workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to support healthcare-related products and services.
Work closely with product managers and healthcare professionals to define AI use cases that enhance patient care and optimize operational workflows.
Process, analyze, and interpret complex medical data, including patient records, imaging data, and clinical reports.
Build AI-driven systems for predictive analytics, diagnostics, and personalized healthcare recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into Lifeplus BD’s software applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and their application in healthcare.
Ensure the AI/ML models comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
Test, validate, and continuously improve model performance for accuracy and reliability in a medical context.
Provide technical mentorship and support to other members of the engineering team.
