Summary

Education

Master degree in Science/ Occupational Health and Safety/ Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HSE/Compliance roles in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulation.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
Have knowledge on facing different Audit like Sedex, BSCI, WRAP, Nirapon, RSC etc.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Ensure compliance with local, & company HSE regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain and update HSE policies and procedures.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote awareness and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE matters.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain records of incidents and prepare reports for management review.
Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Implement and monitor risk control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
Monitor and manage environmental programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE processes and practices.
Participate in HSE committee meetings and contribute to the development of HSE strategies.
