Requirements

Education

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Hardworking, diligent, honest and trustworthy, no bad habits and no criminal record;

• Under 40 years old, healthy, strong communication and promotion skills, able to adapt to sales management work;

• Familiar with the local market, those who have worked in the top 10 pesticide companies in Bangladesh for 2-3 years are preferred;

• Self-provided motorcycle, probation period is 6 months.

Responsibilities & Context

• Our company name is Ariyan Crop Science Co. Limited. It is a Chinese-funded company engaged in pesticide packaging and sales in Bangladesh.
• Our products are mainly chemical and biological pesticides for pest control of rice and vegetables.
• The company’s current office address is Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Holiday bonus: 60% of the salary for two major holidays as a bonus (after the probation period);
