Responsibilities & Context
Supervise day-to-day routine work of poultry shed as per the guideline of supervisor
Supervise day-to-day activities of poultry shed worker.
Taking weekly body weight of the flock aiming to allocate feed for the male and female.
Doing daily eye grading of the bird.
Attending daily feeding in the morning.
Doing routine vaccine of the birds with great care.
Maintaining strong operational biosecurity of the farm.
Hiring skilled/semi skilled/fresh worker from the job market.
Maintain all flock registers for keeping strong records.
Making all report to monitor the flock status.
Following instruction of the supervisor as and when necessary.
