• Minimum 6 years’ experience for the position Assistant Manager in power plants.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience for the position Deputy Manager in power plants.
• Experience in HFO based Power Plants will be preferred.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
• Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skill

Responsibilities & Context

Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Mechanical Maintenance-HFO Plant (Manikganj, Nababganj & Munshiganj)

• Maintenance, trouble shooting of engine based power plants.
• Ensure proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
• Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
• Plan with the Plant Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
• Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any mechanical job.
• Follow company policy, security and cost effectiveness.
• Follow other jobs assigned by the management
