Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management.·
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, zoning regulations, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software·
PMP, CPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Perform project evaluations and assess results.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
PMP, CPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
