The firm has over 600 trained interviewers, 12 regional coordinators, and 36 supervisors nationwide. It is part of a group that includes Datascape IT Limited, Datascape Academy.
Position Summary:
The Deputy Director- Business Development leads all business development efforts within the company, including the growth and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He/ She leads business growth by expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities. He/ She also leads business development activities through cross-function collaborations through partnerships and joint Ventures (JV). He/ She is able to respond quickly to improve the effectiveness of current plans to ensure success in a competitive and global marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Contribution:

Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive growth and enhance in local and global market presence.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for expansion.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.
2. Client Partnership:
-
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Perform cost-benefit analysis of JV and partnership deals.
3. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team effectiveness.

Promote a results-oriented environment, encouraging innovation and accountability.
4. Sales Training:

Review training plans٫ design and organize offline and online training programs for the corporate/private sector, Development sector, and Government sector;Market company’s training products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

Design and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance skills in client engagement and closing techniques.

Conduct workshops and roleplaying sessions to improve sales strategies and customer relationship management.
5. Research Sales:

Oversee the development and delivery of market research projects, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.

Collaborate with research teams to translate findings into actionable business insights for clients.
6. International Sales:

Identify and pursue international business opportunities, expanding the company’s global reach.

Develop strategies tailored to different markets, taking into account cultural and regulatory differences.

Build and manage relationships with international partners and clients to drive sales growth.
7. Financial Management Responsibilities

Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes aligned with organizational goals.
