Responsibilities & Context

Design and implement training programs in professional etiquette, behavior, and communication for all support staff.

Provide guidance on grooming, personal presentation, and customer interaction to ensure that all staff embody a polished and professional demeanor.

Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions, focusing on enhancing service quality, guest satisfaction, and conflict resolution.

Develop training materials that adhere to international hospitality standards and adapt them to our brand’s specific requirements.

Evaluate staff performance through regular assessments, providing feedback and further training as needed.
