    Responsibilities & Context

    Job Context:

    The job role of this position is to provide high-level executive support to the Chairman, managing his daily schedule, meetings, communications, and personal confidential matters. This role requires a proactive, well-organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, coordinate complex business activities, and serve as a liaison between the Chairman, executive team, and external partners.  The person needs to have the patience to work with top management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment with business priorities.    

    • Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings; follow up on action items and ensure timely execution.

    • Organize protocol service, visa applications, air ticket bookings, and hotel reservations for the Chairman as per preset schedules.

    • Handle all communications for the Chairman, including email, phone, and written correspondence.

    • Coordinate business initiatives, presentations, and reports with the executive team to ensure strategic alignment with the Chairman’s vision.

    • Conduct research and gather information relevant to key business projects and strategic decisions, presenting insights to the Chairman as required.

    • Create and manage databases and documentation systems to streamline the Chairman’s access to key information.

    • Ensure the Chairman’s office operates smoothly, addressing any logistical or operational issues promptly.

    • Any other official & personal task assigned by the Chairman.
