    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally in technology, electronics, or consumer goods industries.

  • Willingness to travel within the Chittagong zone for client meetings and follow-ups.

Responsibilities & Context

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with corporate clients in the Chittagong zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets within the corporate sector for the Chittagong region.

  • Identify new business opportunities and prospective corporate clients to expand market share.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as established by the corporate sales department.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technology and electronics needs.

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Walton’s product portfolio and explain benefits tailored to corporate use.

  • Handle corporate account management, including negotiation of terms, pricing, and contracts.

Client Needs Assessment:

  • Conduct client assessments to understand specific requirements and provide customized solutions from Walton’s product line, including electronics, appliances, and other corporate solutions.

  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure products meet client specifications.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers within the Chittagong region.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress on sales targets.

Coordination & Support:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support for corporate clients.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, invoicing, and issue resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.

Promotional Activities:

  • Represent Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. at local business events, trade shows, and conferences in the Chittagong area.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns tailored to corporate clients in the region.
