Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager at Noor Trade House is responsible for achieving sales and collection targets across Modern Trade, 5-star Hotels, Corporate, and Institutional segments. This role requires overseeing market expansion efforts, client relations, order processing, and financial collections within the assigned territories. The manager is expected to uphold the company’s values, work independently under pressure, and drive strategic actions for sales growth and profitability.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and collection targets set for Modern Trade, 5-Star Hotels, and new business segments (Corporate/Institutional).

Maximize sales by effectively promoting all items marketed by Noor Trade House and pushing for sales of slow-moving inventory.

Maintain up-to-date communication with all clients regarding product ranges, pricing (subject to management approval), and promotional offers.

Foster strong client relationships and ensure clients are well-informed about any new or priority products.

Take and process orders from assigned areas, monitoring day-to-day orders, secondary deliveries, and collection procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders to meet daily and monthly targets.

Oversee all correspondence, product coding, and category incorporation for Modern Trade.

Prepare category-wise sales analysis reports and lead high-level negotiations with clients.

Emphasize on timely recovery of pending dues and manage outstanding collections, focusing on clearing any long-standing debts.

Maintain the highest standards of integrity and honesty, strictly avoiding any involvement in unethical activities, both internally and externally.

Keep updated on product details, pricing, competitive landscape, and supply chain procedures.

Develop action plans aligned with the individual fieldwork plan to accelerate territory growth.

Generate and present detailed reports on sales, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

Analyze sales performance and implement data-driven strategies to optimize revenue.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the authority to meet evolving business needs.

Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the product, services, pricing, competitive company’s price & items & procedure of Supply chain management.
