An M.Sc. in Textile Engineering with extensive CAD experience will add an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
LEAN Culture Implementation:
Oversee and guide the IE team to sustain a LEAN culture throughout the factory.
Conduct regular training and workshops to reinforce LEAN principles among employees.
Monitor and analyze LEAN activities, ensuring that continuous improvement projects are aligned with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all departments by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Use data-driven approaches to evaluate existing workflows and implement changes that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
Maintain and promote TPM practices to minimize machine downtime and increase operational reliability.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance schedules and track adherence to TPM protocols.
OEE Improvement:
Work on strategies to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by systematically reducing machine downtime and optimizing machine performance.
Implement corrective actions and process adjustments based on OEE analysis to achieve target performance metrics.
Incentive Scheme Coordination:
Work with the production team to maintain and improve the factory’s incentive scheme.
Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure the scheme motivates and drives productivity.
Analyze incentive-related data to assess the effectiveness of the scheme and propose enhancements as needed.
