  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams and collaborate with senior management across group companies.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to align HR and administrative operations with group-wide goals.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR management systems, MS Office, and data reporting tools.

  • Ethics & Professionalism: High standards of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.

About the Role

As the Admin & HR Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of human resources and administration across TOCOMA Limited, SEMCORP Limited, and upcoming entities within our group. This critical role requires a strategic mindset, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative functions with organizational goals. You will play a vital role in fostering an organized, compliant, and growth-oriented work environment, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2018 Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies supporting business growth across TOCOMA, SEMCORP, and other group companies.

  • Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition to meet the needs of multiple organizations.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all group entities, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and standards.

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across all companies.

HR Administration

  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR systems, ensuring legal compliance across all group companies.

  • Address employee relations issues and foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

  • Employee Engagement & Development

  • Plan and execute training programs, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives across group operations.

  • Organize engagement activities to promote motivation and teamwork across TOCOMA, SEMCORP, and other entities.

ISO 9001 Compliance

  • Ensure all HR and administrative functions across group companies comply with ISO 9001:2018 QMS standards.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to quality management, policies, and procedures for all entities.

Policy & Legal Compliance

  • Develop and enforce HR and administrative policies across group operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

  • Act as a key resource on HR policies and legal requirements, maintaining a professional and ethical work environment.

  • Record & Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records for all group companies.

  • Generate regular reports for senior management on HR metrics and operational performance across entities.

Legal Affairs Management

  • Attend and manage legal matters, including meetings and coordination with legal counsel, across group operations.

  • Collaboration & Additional Tasks

  • Work closely with senior management on business strategies and organizational growth plans.

  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support group objectives.
