Job Context:

KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision. We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Footwear Retail Showroom.

Job Responsibility:

Meet and Greet customers and understand the specific requirements and guide them accordingly.
Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement.
Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer’s preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points to highlight the value proposition.
Achieve both personal and overall outlet sales target to ensure the revenue goals.
Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep up-to-date with product inventory, pricing, and promotions to accurately inform customers and drive sales.
Solicit feedback from customers to understand their experience and areas for improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and fostering a positive shopping environment.
