• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch) is a plus.

We are currently seeking a Digital Product Management Executive to join our growing team and lead our product development efforts.

Role Overview

As a Digital Product Management Executive, you will play a key role in defining, developing, and optimizing our digital product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on execution to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap, setting clear goals and aligning the product strategy with business objectives.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to understand market trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.

• Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of digital products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Oversee product design, technical development, and user testing.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and smooth product launches. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

• User-Centered Design: Prioritize user experience and customer feedback in the product development process to ensure products meet user needs and drive engagement.

• Product Launch & Iteration: Lead product launches, ensuring all aspects from marketing to customer support are aligned. Monitor product performance post-launch and lead iteration efforts.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Continuously improve product management processes and workflows.
