Presently, our esteemed company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional in the role of Head of (HR & Admin) to support the business expansion and join as a head of our Human Resources team, who will have to play a crucial role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
Job Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR and Admin to lead and strengthen our team. This individual should possess a blend of people management skills, in-depth knowledge of compliance regulations, and strong leadership qualities. The Head of HR and Admin will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive organizational culture, ensuring regulatory adherence, and enhancing our employee experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Manage performance appraisal processes, performance improvement plans, and talent development.

Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and keep policies and procedures up-to-date.

Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs.

Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development.

Use data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and drive improvements.

Oversee HR systems and tools, including HRMS (Human Resource Management System).

Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.

A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

The HR field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is important.
