Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Deliver training sessions on Insurance products and brand values to new joiners, and provide ongoing product training for existing team members.
Create comprehensive training resources, including slides, videos, and product explanation sheets.
Continuously update training materials to include the latest product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Outline training methodology and produce standard training materials for producers and Staffs to support reduction of producers drop out.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver effective training programs and workshops.
Maintain training database and prepare different training reports.
Organize and facilitate both in-house and external training sessions to ensure skill enhancement.
Track and measure training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance improvements.
Monitor training programs to enhance effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
