Achieve and execute corporate sales target of Group business.
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels-campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risk.
Support the Head of Corporate Business in executing the corporate sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Generating new business by identifying potential customers via sales promotions and presentation to companies.
Maintains & promotes good company relations with clients and members.
Ensures timely communication and response to inquiries from employees and employed groups.
Develop growth strategies and plan for procuring new businesses.
Effectively managing all the activities related to insurance programs and contracts, and ensuring control over insurance documents issuances, and document evidence compliance.
Analyze end to end journey of Group Life and Health and suggest mitigations required to grow the business.
Reporting as needed for Head of Group Business and Management weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
