Responsibilities & Context
- Work as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for assigned zone.
- Formulate strategy and create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Responsible for implementation of regional sales & marketing policies following the direction of HOD.
- Create new dealer, distributor, brand outlet, retailer & collecting sales report concerning the annual contestant and present report to higher authority. Ensure primary and secondary sales throughout setting up depo/dealer/distribution.
- Building strong relationships with business partners in the region.
- Ensure proper documentation and policy implementation for dealer, distributors, channel partners, clients.
- Conduct market survey to analyzing regional market trends and initiating development plans through utilizing business opportunities to increase the market share.
- DSR monitoring, route planning and execution.
- Provide feedback and coordinate with Service team to ensure customer service.
- Prepare necessary reports.
- Lead organizational sales campaigns.
- Lead and train the entire team of the region.
- Any other task given by the management.
Skills & Expertise
FMCG Sales & Marketing
Lubricants or Engine Oil Sales
Sales Markiting.
