Responsibilities & Context
The position is project based and it is located at Badda, Dhaka.
Responsible for perform, monitor and supervision of Family planning services. Coordinate with PM to ensure logistic support to center managers in implementing action plans. Train and guide Center Physician in implementing HIV/FP activities, documenting findings, and adjusting service delivery protocols to respond to client feedback·
- Be primarily responsible for coordination for al centers and outreach-based FP activities.·
- Ensure that service delivery follow written protocols.·
- Give inputs in designing client flow in centers and outreach.·
- Ensure that client exit interviews take place regularly and clients are encouraged to comment in the feedback register in the centers/outreach, and feedbacks are acted upon.·
- Design and implement database to analyze client’s feedback during exit interviews.·
- Arrange monitoring quality of care mystery shopper where and when possible.·
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time.·

- Monthly, semi/annual reports and any other special reports as and when required Check FP reports·
- For accuracy and problems in consultation with Project Manager Conduct MIS field audit, and ensures that accurate information is processed in a timely fashion.
- Ensure timely distribution of relevant reports/materials to the relevant offices.
Required experience on clinical contraception.
