Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • B.Sc in EEE/CES/ETE/BBA or any ITC related engineer subject.
  • Completed professional course will be added more advantage for applicant.

Experience

  • 6 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • The Applicant should have enough knowledge on ICT Solution Sale (Mention into the context).
  • Should have customer base on corporate/government/education or any other business institute/organization/company.
  • Should be smart, energetic, realistic, authentic, well behave & punctual.

Job Context :

We are looking for someone with couple of years experience in B2B Sales, Techno Sales, Market Development, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Business as per below work area, but if you are competent enough, experience requirements can be relaxed.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead a sales team and manage team members to achieve sales target.
  • Maintain existing customers and update regularly.
  • Create and generate new sales lead and covert to customer.
  • Must achieve the different monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Evolve new segment of markets for increasing revenue.
  • Perform presentation, meeting, discussion with potential clients in order to perform sales of IT Products, Solution and services.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products/solutions by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities.
  • Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients and demonstrates IT equipment to highlight product benefits.
  • Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
  • Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties.
  • Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
  • Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.
  • Highly efficient technical skills for sales for the usage of the latest technologies and software.
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Report generation and submit to the HoD.
  • Additional sales and marketing related task assign by HoD/CEO/MD.
