Communication: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for direct client interactions and presentations.·
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knit fabric development, ideally within an export house or large-scale production environment.

Develop Bangladesh fabric market, mainly synthetic and blended knitted fabrics;·
Maintain good and close relations with potential major customers, such as visits and quotations.·
As the main contact window with Chinese sales team and customers.·
Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemical/process to be used, color sequences & any other instruction from the buyers or customers.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in fabric processes.
