Work closely with the team to develop effective promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
Develop annual operational plan, set forecast, production & procurement plan.
Develop and manage the category budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability.
Identify & explore the scope the scope to improve existing product.
Identify & explore the scope of new product & develop the strategy for launching new product.
Collaborate with various departments such as sales, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
