Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Act as a strategic advisor to business units, helping them align activities with organizational priorities.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and business scenarios to support decision-making.
